Every day many couples come to us asking about when to try ? Which specific days ? When to get Pregnant ? And they conceive to carry till full term pregnancy till delivery of a normal baby.

The " egg' that is released from the ovary will have a lifespan of 24 hours, so that 24 hours of time we are trying to catch. But the sperm can live upto 4 to 5 days in the genital tract.

So, What is the Fertile Period ?

Step Up the frequency of intercourse during the 'fertility window' period days to increase the chances of getting pregnant. Many couples at our clinic have conceived after counseling about this period of 'fertility window'. Fertility window period days are different for each couple and it is never the same.

In a regular 28 days to 30 days cycle, you will have to have intercourse as early as day 8 or day 9 for every alternate day for the next 10 to 12 days. Means day 8 to day 20 of your cycle will fetch you pregnancy. And you will have to have intercourse during this time.

If your cycles are delayed, then still you will have to have intercourse starting from day 8 every alternate day but continue till you get menses.
